2017 STAR AWARD FOR
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers is once again sponsoring a special award for Outstanding Customer Service in entertainment ticketing.
The award is open to public nominations and exists to reward the fantastic customer service offered by box office and ticket agents across the UK.
Nominations are welcomed from the public for organisations or individual members of box office or ticket agency staff that provide excellent service.
Nominations should indicate how nominees have demonstrated a commitment to and a passion for customer service and include examples of how they have gone 'above and beyond' to help customers.
The award will be presented at the Society of Box Office Managers (SOBOM) annual awards event at The Bloomsbury Hotel on Thursday 13 April.
You can submit your nominations now using the online form. Nominations will close at midday on Wednesday 5 April.
The final winner will be chosen by Council members of the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers.
