With effect from 1 April 2013, all club training at Longriggs needs to be booked on this form. Payment is due on the day. Once booked, please remember to let us know if for any reason you can no longer make the lesson. If you can't come along, you'll still be responsible for paying the lesson cost unless we can fill your space.
