    In order to provide service flexibility to our clients, your position may require you to work in excess of 48 hours per week. You have agreed to work the hours required by our clients. In signing this declaration , you agree to opt-out of the provisions of the Working Time Regulations (WTR's) with respect to both, rest periods and breaks.
