There are two stages in the registration process.
The first stage involves submitting an application form and other requested documents (as listed on our website) and the second stage involves paying the fee. Early bird applications enable you to pay just a half of the price within 14 days from the day you received our confirmation of entry and the other half by the 1 June. If you are a regular applicant (applied after 15 April) you are expected to pay the full fee within 2 weeks after you received our confirmation of entry.

You are expected to pay all additional fees (visa, bank transfer fees and others) by yourself, or the application will not be taken into consideration.
