Payment:

Payment shall be settled based on the issued invoice on our account.

Cancellation policy:

Only written cancellations from participants will be accepted. There will be no cancellation fees for registrations cancelled 30 days before the Conference and/or Workshop at the latest.

Later cancellations will be subjected to 50% of the participation fee. Fees for cancellations made one week before the Conference and/or Workshop will be 100% of the participation fee (including not coming without cancelling the registration).
