You are the boss of a local supermarket. Two young people have asked for a job at your shop for some weekend work.  Which one of them is most suited for the job? You have taken up some references from school and home and have written down your thoughts about each candidate. Now you have to decide. 

Which one of the candidates will you give the job. How will you make the decision.
