BOOKING

1) Payment by bank transfer for the deposit  on the package chosen, or balance for the options with Reason: Atmospheres Encuentros de Tango + Name +Surname to: Cultural Association Serendipity Art IBAN IT05R0538702411000002073757 "SWIFT": BPMOIT22 send the bank receipt to: tango@serendipityart.it or  by fax 178 2701128. 

      You will receive a confirmation of the package chosen at bank receipt confirmation received.

2) Make a reservation at the Hotel: info@montedelre.it via e-mail at or by phone at Tel. 0542 678400 or by fax 0542 678444. 

     The balance of the payment for residents in the hotel will be done at the check-out by each  customer, to who, at time of booking ,will  be required a credit card to guarantee the balance. 

     Reservations will be  received directly and exclusively to the hotel staff who will be at your disposal for any request. 

Cancellation Policy: Up to the date of October 15, 2015 at 17.30 , for justified reasons , will be refound the total amount of the deposit  . 

 After that date and any refound will be due. 

 I have read, approved and accepted the above document. 

 Membership card will be included in each package chosen.
