Payment shall be settled directly by the guests on departure date. A credit card will be required to all guests on booking as a payment warranty.

The reservations will arrive exclusively at the Hotel staff who will be at your disposal for any assistance.

Cancellations: The advanced amount shall be totally returned for any cancellation requested, due to justified reasons, that will arrive by and not later than 14 dec 2015, 17h30. After this deadline no amount shall be returned.
