Thank you and welcome - I am a Transformational Life Coach, Master NLP, CBT Coach, Hypnotherapist and Author. I'm a self-confessed geek when it comes to all things psychology, the mechanics of our habits and behaviours, and the Laws of the Universe. I believe there is 'no one-size fit's all approach' when it comes to our mental and physical health. That is why I commit to continually growing personally and professionally to best serve my clients. The discovery call is a way for me to find out more about you, and what support you need.
