  • Speciality Dish

  • Each competitor must produce a speciality dish. Please include brief details of your speciality dish (title of dish, concept,history of the dish, list of ingredients, recipe, method).

    We recognise that this may be developed further before the competition but please give as much information at this stage and amendments can be submitted once you have been confirmed as a competitor.

  • The entry fee for 2021 is £0 for competitors over 16 years of age and £0 for Youth competitors under 16

    All entries are subject to acceptance by the organisers.  All competitors should submit their application no later than 30th June and video submissions must be received no later than 15th August.
