Please note that BalloonBoxes are generally dispatched once a week (usually Mondays around 10am) so your order will be processed on the next Monday after it is received.
Due to the COVID 19 outbreak, our usual supply chains are taking much longer to get stock to us so occassionally there may be delays on sourcing certain items, but we will contact you in advance where this happens and offer either a full refund or a substitute Box.
Please note that we are only currently accepting online orders for HomeBox Plus via our Harlow Box of Hope and E17 Box of Hope schemes. If you require a HomeBox Plus outside of these areas, please contact office@rbf.org.uk and our team will be pleased to help you.
