Prices are inclusive of postage/packing to UK mainland addresses only, via Royal Mail Signed For next day delivery service or Parcelforce. Confirmation of posting will be emailed to include a tracking number.

Julie Connor Art endeavours to be environmentally friendly. Packaging where possible is recyclable or biodegradeable.

Overseas orders will only be accepted subject to initial communication and confirmation. Please note that international postage charges will vary according to destination and are charged at the applicable rate.

Orders are confirmed via emailed invoice.

The deposit is payable immediately to commence work. Should the order be cancelled prior to completion, the deposit is not refundable.

The balance payment is payable on completion, prior to postage, following your approval of a low res, watermarked, emailed image of the completed artwork.

If you are not happy with the artwork at the e-image stage, or in the unlikely event that the painting itself arrives damaged, I will endeavour to correct or re-do it at no extra charge.

If you are dissatisfied with your artwork for any other reason, please get in touch straight away for a resolution.
