• Grant Funding Requests

  • Please complete this form to request any money that your society, academic society or sports club need in order run your activities and events.

    For 2020/21 the Get Involved Committee will meet each Friday at 11am to discuss the requests that have been submitted for that week. Therefore please submit your requests early in the week, in order for it to be considered on the Friday.

    You can only submit 1 request per form but each form can be used for multiple items as long as a clear breakdown is given in the 'description' section of the form.

    Sports Clubs
    Please do not include any BUCS related requests as these will automatically be covered.

  • Following submitting this form, a coordinator will be in touch to

    1 - Discuss your request with you and make any necessary changes

    2 - Confirm when your request will be discussed by the Get Involved Committee

     

    The Get Involved Committee meet each Friday and is open to students, so if you feel like you want or need to be at the meeting to answer any possible questions with regards to your request then please come to the SU for 11am on Friday. It'll be helpful if you could let one of the coordinators know if you plan on attending!

     

    Decisions

    Following the meeting you will be contacted by a coordinator either on the Friday afternoon, or at the latest on the following Monday. They will let you know if your request has been granted or not.
