To help improve the safety of care homes across the UK, the government have implemented a weekly testing requirement for all care home staff. This will help us to identify any staff that have contracted Covid-19 but are a-symptomatic (i.e. no symptoms).
Although we appreciate that this regular testing process may be annoying, we recognise it's value as it will go a long way to ensuring that our company is as safe as possible for both our service users and staff.
If you are happy to take part in this weekly testing, please provide consent below. Please note that you are able to withdraw this consent at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not wish to consent, we may need to look in to additional safety measures that will be available to us i.e. additional PPE or the avoidance of working closely with high-risk service users or staff.
