    GDPR Image Consent (Parents)

As a school (comprising Tower College & Tower Tots) we will not reveal information held about your child or you, as a parent/guardian, to a third party, unless a provision of the Data Protection Law is met. One condition is consent.

There are a number of occasions when schools receive requests for such information and we ask that you sign this form as a record of your consent for your child’s image to be used by 3rd parties approved by Tower College. Some of the 3rd parties include but are not limited to :

    • The Tower College website and in brochures, leaflets, displays and newsletters published by Tower College.
    • The media when the school has asked them to record individual, class or whole school activities that are of interest to the general public e.g. the Parish newsletter, local radio and television broadcasters.
    • The Tower College social media accounts which are Tower College Facebook and Tower College Instagram accounts. N.B Most social media sites host data outside of Europe
