SCPS 2020 AGM Attendee Video Testimonial Request

We are looking for candid video testimonials that are as natural as possible. These do not have to be scripted in any way. The video should be between 40-60 seconds in length to capture the essence of your AGM experience.

We will be requiring a video file as well as a photo of yourself for use on a video poster. Please follow the instructions shown on the web page shown below before you fill out this form.

The video testimonial should be shot sitting - you can place your mobile phone across a table or use your laptop/desktop (modern mobile phones have superior cameras so this is preferrable). If possible we recommend you use a microphone to do your presentation so the audio is prestine. Good lighting, clutter free and quiet settings are recommended.

All video testimonial applicants must submit a full length photo of themselves taken against a white background. These can be taken using a simple mobile phone by an assistant. You should face the camera looking forward. Ensure the photos show the full shoulder length. We advise you to take a second photo from the waist up.
