I agree to the Happy Shelter adoption process, will undergo a homecheck and interview at the discretion of Happy Shelter.
I understand Happy Shelter will check my references including veterinary and personal.
I understand there is an adoption donation which covers all medical expenses as well as contributes to the daily operation of our shelter. I understand this donation will also help the organization to rescue another homeless pet. Payment of the adoption fee is due upon approval of the adoption application.
I understand, that transportation will be organized via a professional animal transport company (overland). Related costs from North Macedonia to the destination of the future adopter need to be paid in advance of the transport. The exact amount due will be communicated once the transport is being organized.
I understand there is no "cooling off" period. If I no longer want or can care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Happy Shelter by email in order to provide a 14 day period for Happy Shelter to make new arrangements for my pet. I will be directed to surrender my pet to Happy Shelter and provide transport to where Happy Shelter deems appropriate.
I agree to indemnify and hold Happy Shelter harmless against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injuries, damages incurred to me or any other persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.
I understand that Happy Shelter will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known before adoption is completed.
