Starting 2023, a 'Datova Schranka' (DS) is obligatory for Trade License holders, and the authorities will no longer send paper mails, but correspond through the DS.

However, if you do not have an active DS yet (which is often the case with new TLs), registration documents and insurance card will be sent to your *residence* address (not your virtual office) in CZ.
