Royalties: You can request a breakdown of sales at any time, but you must understand that platoforms do not put their sales results at the same time.

Warranties : Artist warrants and agrees that it has the right and power to enter
into and fully perform this agreement, to make the commitments it makes
herein and has obtained all necessary licences, permission and consents,
including but not limited to possession of valid sample clearance for each
sample, if any embodied in Master(s).

Publishing : Artist does hereby relinquish all claims to any publishing rights in
regards to the Master(s), and the artist further acknowledges that the
publishing copyright belongs to Green Nights Records.

Copyright : In consideration of the Royalties received by Artist and other good
and valuable considerate, Artist hereby transfers the Green Nights Records all
right title and interest in and to the copyright of the Master sound recordings
that are subject matter of this Agreement for their full term of copyright, as
well as the copyright in and to the musical comosition(s) embodied on said
Master. In addition Artist hereby transfers to Green Nights Records all right title
and interes in an to the copyright of the remixes that are derived from the
Master sound recordings.

By signing this agreement, both parties agreed with all listed above.
The Artist authorize Green Nights Records to use freely the Master Recording or a part of the Master Recording as well as the Artist’s name and approved images for advertising and promotional purposes relating to the above agreement.
