We will reply via email to your request as soon as possible and confirm if we availability for your chosen date/s.
If your request is for the next day, please call the nursery directly to check availability.
If we do have availability, the email we send you will be considered a confirmed booking.
2 working days' notice will be required to cancel the booking once we have sent you the confirmation email.
What to do if we do not have availability
If we cannot confirm availability in the first instance, we will let you know via email, keep your request on file and contact you if the day becomes available.
If you still require the adhoc extra session but have not heard from us, you can call the nursery directly at 09:30 on the requested day to check if a child is absent and therefore the session has become available.
We will be unable to deal with requests outside of normal working hours, including weekends.
Adhoc days are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Bookings can be requested up to 4 weeks in advance.

The fee for confirmed adhoc extra days will be added to you next monthly invoice.
Sibling discounts and Universal/Eligibility funding do not apply to adhoc extra days.
