  • Please note: until your Tenancy Agreement is signed, we cannot guarantee your accommodation. This is an application which starts the application process and does not confirm you have been accepted for the property. Please ensure you have read and understood the application guidance at the end. 

     

     

                       PLEASE READ FIRST

    You will need your supporting documents to submit with this form, each person will be asked to upload at their turn.  It is best to have these accessible on your device before you start the form.  If you have submitted your section but wish to make changes you must wait for the final person to submit their section and then make any amendments required.   (supporting documents are listed on the application guidance above)

    You can only apply for one property at a time, should you wish to withdraw your application or change to another property your application coordinator will provide instruction on how to do so. 

    If you are unsuccessful/declined and wish to apply for another property the lead tenant can access this application using the final link and change the address and submit for the new property. 

    At any point after the final submission you can access your application using the same link to complete and you will see the most recent status at the top under - OFFICE USE ONLY - APPLICATION STATUS.

    There is a text box under application status which the lead/sole tenant can post any queries throughout the process.  


    To complete this form, the nominated Lead Tenant should begin and complete all relevant sections on page 1.

    When completed they must click SUBMIT.

    A THANK YOU page will display with a link 'Edit Submission' for you to pass onto the next tenant.  

    Next tenant should scroll down to the bottom of the page and click NEXT to complete their relevant section as Tenant 2, 3 , 4 , 5 etc 

    When each additional tenant has completed their page, they click SUBMIT and copy the link from the thank you page and pass this to the next tenant.

    Once the last person has finished they press SUBMIT and the full application will be emailed to your Application Coordinator at SPM                                                                                                                  PLEASE TRY AND MINIMISE CALLS/EMAILS TO YOUR APPLICATION COORDINATOR WITHIN THIS TIME AS IT CAN RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION TAKING LONGER TO PROCESS.

    All applicants will need to have references - we often find that obtaining your references is what causes the biggest delay on your application processing.  To speed things up we encourage you to reach out to your referees (landlord/employer) and ask them to complete a reference.
