  • This checklist details the information we may need from you to enable us to prepare your Self Assessment Tax Return for the year ended 5 April 2021.


    We are aware that not all the information will be relevant for every client but in order for us to provide you with the best service we need to ensure we are not missing any information when we complete your Tax Return.

  • Deadlines and Payment Dates

  • It is always advisable to send us your paperwork as soon as possible.This will allow us to provide you with details of your potential upcoming tax payments in a timely manner.   If you are due to make a tax payment in July 2021, it would also be beneficial to complete your Tax Return prior to this date so that we can advise accordingly.

  • We are pleased to offer our discounted early bird fee again.

    Discounted Early Bird fee – for information received by 30 September 2021 – starting from £260 plus Vat*

    Standard Fee – starting from £290 plus Vat Fee*

    Last Minute fee – for information received after 1 December 2021 – starting from £320 plus Vat*

    *This is for a standard tax return without additional expenses and other forms of income such as rental income or capital gains.

  • IMPORTANT CHANGES -2020/21 CAPITAL GAINS TAX
    Significant changes to capital gains tax were implemented from 6 April 2020. One of these changes was that if you sell a residential property that was not your main home throughout your ownership, you will need to report and pay any potential capital gains tax within 30 days.
