  • The standard Registration Package includes the Consultation before registration, the Trade License, the registration fee, Registrations at Tax Office (for a VAT number - if selected), Social Security, Public Health Care (if eligible).

    We recommend taking both Consultations because based on years of experience, probably you will have questions about the subjects below. :

    The Consultation BEFORE Registration (*ALWAYS INCLUDED*) is about

    • Tax / Social / Health calculations based on your Revenue,
    • Business- and residence address,
    • Visa / residence permit,
    • Foreign income
    • + any questions you may have

    The Consultation AFTER Registration (*OPTIONAL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*) is about

    • VAT registrations & VAT Return filing obligations,
    • accouting- and bookkeeping requirements,
    • how to deal with expense deduction & reimbursement,
    • how to create an invoice,
    • monthly Social- and Health payments,
    • instructions for visa extension,
    • setup of your Datova Schranka.
  • IMPORTANT: The Virtual Office costs include registration fee, the handling fee + 12 months of virtual office service. It is possible to move a TL to a different address in future or keep the VO. After about a year you will get an invoice for that directly from the VO provider.

    IMPORTANT: Virtual Offices include mail forwarding / pickup / sending scans to you, except he 'Only address' option. Mailforwarding is not really important anymore - see reason below.

    Starting 2023, a 'Datova Schranka' (DS) is obligatory, and the authorities will no longer send paper letters, but correspond through the DS.

    IMPORTANT OWN ADDRESS as business address: In case you want to use your own address, you  MUST send a paper original or a digitally converted document (at CzechPoint) of the owner's permission - else we can't register you.

  • Select 'no VAT' if you invoice outside CZ and EU, to VAT-less entities or in case of doubt (you can always register for VAT later).

    Select 'VAT-Light' if you are going to invoice B2B inside Europe (but outside CZ) to clients with a foreign VAT number (typically remote services)

    Select 'Full-VAT'  *ONLY possible* when you already have invoiced >2.54M CZK in the last calendar year FROM CZECH SOURCES. The Full-VAT status is something that can not be obtained at the start of a business.

     

  • REMOTE REGISTRATION is for people who are not able to come to CZ / Prague  TO PICK UP ORIGINALS (for example, the embassy requires them - ask them!)

    For all others it is not necessary (everything you get as pdfs).

  • Who does NOT need a Police Clearance:

    • EU citizen / EU family member with Temporary Residence Permit
    • EU citizen with rental contract longer than 3 months in CZ (not AirBnB)
    • Ukranian Citizen with docasna ochrana / temporary protection visa
    • UK Citizen with Temporary Residence Permit with exception 50
    • Permanent Resident / Czech National
