- Flyers, poster and digital advertising materials to send to your clients.
- You may also book optional electrical sockets, extra lighting, fans, tables, chairs and an image in Craft Festival catalogue.
- VAT is added to prices.
Please do not send any payment for a stand at this stage. You will be sent a stand booking form if selected. Please note that stand sharing is not permitted.

To be eligible you may be self taught or have completed your graduate and/or post graduate qualifications.

StartUP at Cheltenham

We have a limited number of stands for StartUP. If your business started since November 2021, you will be eligible for StartUp at Cheltenham. StartUp Stands are 2.5m x 1.5m.

If you are selected for StartUP, the stand package will be discounted by approximately 40%

Our systems will crash if you exceed the limits on file size. Please submit 12 digital images in total using the upload facility below in the required format. We require the images to be submitted in two file sizes - A low resolution ideally 72dpi for selection, and 300dpi for press. Please send the SAME 6 images in 72dpi and 300 dpi. Digital images should be saved as JPEG/jpg files and please name each image, eg John Smith 72.jpg or John Smith 300.jpg. Please resize your low res images to a file size no larger than 600KB and its helpful if they are around 10 x 12cm in scale. A file size larger than 600KB will not upload in the 72dpi boxes 1-6. Your 300 dpi images in boxes 7-12 may not exceed 4MB per image and may be any size in cm.
