Entry fee is £32 if paid in advance or £35 on the day for Silver members of the ECF.  If you have signed up and paid in advance, when you arrive you don't need to register, just find your pairing on the notice boards. If you have not paid your entry fee please do so before your first game.

ALL PLAYERS – You must be an English Chess Federation at SILVER level or above and quote your ECF membership number when entering. If you are not a member or you are at Bronze level we will invoice you for £12.00 after the event. Check your membership status here - https://ecf.azolve.com/MemberFinder.htm. ALL PLAYERS need to quote a FIN (FIDE Identification Number) with your entry. Non-English players will have to obtain a FIN from their national federation If you are ENG then get your FIDE ID code here - https://britchess.wufoo.com/forms/fide-id-request-form/

By filling this form you undertake to pay the entry fee of £32.00 or £35 on the day, Silver members or above. 

FORMAT - Open, ECF and FIDE Under 1900 and Under 1600 swiss tournaments, 6 rounds, 20 mins each plus 5 seconds a move.

Your FIDE ID code is essential for us to identify you.

If you are a member of the ECF and require a FIDE ID to take part in events, please request one from the International Rating Officer by completing this form. Your ID will be issued during ECF office hours which are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

If you don't have a FIDE ID code and you are NOT an ECF member then please ring the ECF and talk to Andrew on 01424 775222 in order to join the ECF or obtain a FIDE code before you play. 

Check your FIDE ID code here - ratings.fide.com. If you don't fill in this field, then we will need your date of birth for FIDE and for the ECF.

Your ECF Rating Code is not the same as your membership ID!  This code is useful for us to identify you for ECF rating but not essential. Contact the English Chess Federation for a code if you are a new player.
