Submission of this form stipulates the following: "Each signatory and all parties listed above agree to hold the organizers of this event and their agents, heirs and assigns harmless from all suits, claims or demands of every kind and character arising out of and in conjunction with this event. We hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibition, broadcast and/or distribution of any event still or video photography without limitation and further agree not to reproduce, distribute or sell videos or still photos of the event named above. I (We) understand the physical risks of entering dance competitions and social dancing and assume full responsibility for any injury or personal damages resulting from the event named above. Competitors hereby consent to the UCWDC®’s exclusive collection and use of all data supplied on this form for tracking and publicizing my (our) event results and agree to receive news about UCWDC® standings and activities. I (We) certify that I am (we are) 18 years of age or older. Stipulations apply to Legal Guardian if applicant is under 18 years of age."

ALL COMPETITORS MUST PRE-REGISTER, PURCHASE ONE OF OUR WEEKEND PASS OPTIONS AND HAVE ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY THE UCWDC BENELUX CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRAR BY May 7,2020. ALL COMPETITORS AND PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING NEWCOMERS AND TEAMS MUST HAVE A CURRENT 2020 ASSOCIATE MEMBER CARD VALID UNTIL JANUARY 16, 2021 TO COMPETE AT WORLDS. 

Early Bird: Till 31st of March 2020

Normal Registration: till 10th of May 2020

Pre registration now for the Benelux Championships 2020. This way you can make sure that you get the early bird pricing.
You only have to purchase a pass that fits you needs. We don't charge any fee's per dance.
We only accept complete filled out form. We will send you our bank information afterwards.
With the pre-registration you make sure that you have the early bird. The Payment of the early bird must be received before the 31 March 2020. When we didn't have received the payment of the early bird., the pre registration will be change in a normal registration include the prices for that registration.
Non Competitors may purchase tickets at the door. All passes may be picked up at the event registration desk.
