  • Baggage & Cargo Information

    If you have overweight/excess baggage, please let us know as soon as possible. Cargo shipment requires written approval and you must use ATA CARNET. Please consider it can take 3-6 weeks to deliver and 3-6 weeks to return your equipment. To get paid for overweight baggage to Japan, you must save all original receipts.

    The technicians can use multiple sources, however we recommend you to bring your music on a USB and/or a laptop just in case you might want to make changes later.

  • Preview Show

    To help promote the festival, which is privately funded and organized with the help of sponsors, we are looking for a volunteer to perform a short show (+/- 4 minute shows) followed by an interview at different local TV stations and your willingness to support this effort will be greatly appreciated. There is no budget for this, so there is no extra money, however your hotel and food will be covered during this time. The studios are small, so think if you can perform a ground routine and then let us know if you are available.
