IMPORTANT: The virtual offices include mail forwarding to a CZ or SK address / pickup and/or scan, EXCEPT the 'address only-option' options. Depending on the provider, mail may be refused or forwarded for an additional fee.
Starting 2023, a 'Datova Schranka' (DS) is obligatory for TL holders, and the authorities will no longer send paper mails, but correspond through the DS.

However, if you do not have an active DS yet (which is often the case with new TLs), registration documents and insurance card will be sent to your *residence* address (not your virtual office) in CZ

IMPORTANT: When making changes to the Residence Address, you FIRST have to make the change to your visa / residence permit at the MINISTRY OF INTERIOR - and send the copy of the new document to us.

Theoretically, after getting a new address on the residence permit / visa, this information gets forwarded automatically to Tax + Social + VZP. It can take weeks / months before the change is implemented, so it is better to actively announce it - because you will move to different local goverment offices.
