  • Trip Registration Form

    This form is for all groups that are part of the University of Nottingham Students' Union who are running a trip off campus. Please ensure that you complete this form at least 3 days before you leave for UK trips. If you are going overseas you MUST ensure that you have completed the Overseas Trips Presentation and Quiz on the H&S Moodle course or you have contacted the H&S team on susafety@nottingham.ac.uk

  • Please Note: If your trip involves an overnight stay, then due to the Union's safeguarding requirements and policies you must not permit under 18's to attend your trip unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

  • Using A Different Tour Operator:

     

    If you are using a Tour Operator that is not on our Pre-Approved list above, please upload a copy of any information such as contracts or booking confirmations you have recieved from your chosen Tour Operator.

    This will help us to contact them in case of an emergency or other travel related issue.
