The following passport information is required for all applicants who require a visa to travel to Greece. If you are unsure whether or not you require a visa, check here.

Please note that if you do not require a visa and are accepted to the program, you will still be required to submit some form of official identification before the start of the program (several events require ID information in advance). Therefore, even if you don’t require a visa, we recommend that you enter your passport information below.

If you DO require a visa to travel to Greece, please make sure that your passport will NOT expire before the end of the program. If you are in the process of applying for your first passport or renewing a passport that has expired or will expire before the end of the program, answer the first and second questions below and leave the rest of the section blank. If you are accepted to the program, it is your responsibility to submit your passport information to the program director as soon as possible, and no later than the 3rd June due to the Schengen process.

Payment terms
A registration fee must be paid to our designated bank account within 10 days of the date that TICLS confirms your participation in the applicable session. This amount is non-refundable and will be deducted from your tuition fee. In case of non-payment or delayed payment of the registration fee, TICLS reserves to the right to revoke the confirmation and withdraw the student from the applicable session. If such a revocation/withdrawal occurs, the registration fee shall be refunded after the deduction of TICLS’s administrative costs.
The tuition fee includes all lectures, visits, and session materials (handbook, certificate, copied lecture material), and program field trips. No refund shall be due, if one or more of these items cannot be provided for any reason.
The tuition and housing fees must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the applicable session. Payment shall be made by money transfer to the account designated by TICLS. Further payment details will be provided in the invoice.

Cancellation
When cancelling within 8 weeks of the start of the program, 50% of the tuition and housing fee will be refunded.
When cancelling within 4 weeks of the start of the program, 25% of the tuition and housing fee will be refunded.
When cancelling within 2 weeks of the start of the program, 0% of the tuition and housing fee will be refunded
The above cancellation provision shall apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Compulsory insurance requirements
I have or will secure health and accident insurance in accordance with the laws of the country I am travelling to during the program and/or the requirements of TICLS to provide adequate coverage for any accidents, injuries or illness that I may sustain or experience while participating in the program. By my signature below I certify that I have confirmed that my health care coverage will adequately cover me while outside my home country, and I hereby release on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, TICLS, its employees, officers and regents from any responsibility or liability for expenses incurred by me for injuries or illnesses (including death) that may incur because of those accidents, injuries or illnesses. I will provide a copy of the respective insurance policy to TICLS upon request.
