Volunteer Registration Form

Newquay Forest School has recently established as a charity under the name Everybody's Different. We are looking for reliable volunteers to join in supporting the work and growth of the charity and while we cannot guarantee everyone who applies the opprtunity to get involved, we will do our best.

The following form gives us an insight into the areas that you would like to get involved with and also gives you an idea of the kinds of opportunities the charity offers.

As the charity works with children and young people under the age of 18 we require all our staff and volunteers to undergo an enhanced criminal records check and also provide at least two references (one of which can be a character reference). Please note: In line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 we do not employ ex-offenders.
