    Between 50 and 78

    Is likely to mean that your symptoms are having a moderate impact on your life and you may benefit from completing some work on this area with your therapist. 

    Over 78

    Indicates that your symptoms are having a severe impact on your life and you are almost certainly likely to need to complete work on this area with your therapist.
