We will email you these labels as soon as you have advised us of the most convenient drop off point for you. If you don’t have a printer, please get in touch and we can post the labels out to you.

If none are suitable, we can also arrange acollection at your a ddress on a day of your choosing. If you wish a collection, please note that we are unable to specify a collection time or widow and that it may occur at any time between 9am and 8pm. Please give us 48 hrs to make the necessary booking.

Please be aware that due changes to the Royal Mail’s small parcel service we are unable to refund customers postage for returns that we have not arranged ourselves.

After this form has been submitted we will send you the correct labels and additional instructions within 24 hours. Please do not attempt to return the item without having heard from us.
