Jollyes take data protection very seriously. All Livestock is sold in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act and in accordance with guidelines set by the Pet Industry Federation(PIF).

The data entered here is used for the sole purpose of recording the sale of live animals. We are not obligated by any Regulation to record your personal details, however we as a business have chosen to record this data and feel that it is the right ethical thing to do in terms of traceability and duty of care to both pet and customer.

We do not share your data with third Parties, and we only use your data for internal marketing if you have explicitly given permission to do so. The data held about you and your purchase is held for 3 years. You can request a copy of this information at any time by contacting help@jollyes.com
