October 2024 - Womens Beginner Archery Course 

 In order to secure your place, you will need to do 2 things,

2) Pay £30 to Barclays Bank - ONAC, sort code - 20-41-12, Acc No. 53396290 & then email admin@onac.co.uk with your full name as reference to confirm you have paid course fees

Course dates are as follows and will be held at Denbigh High School Sport Hall, Luton from 2pm to 4pm.

Lesson 1 - Saturday 5th of October 2024

Lesson 2 - Saturday 12th of October 2024

Lesson 3 - Saturday 19st of October 2024

Lesson 4 - Saturday 26th of October 2024

Fees will need to be paid in full before the start of the first archery lesson.

The course will cover principles of Barebow shooting.  We will shoot at a distance of 18 metres used for indoor competitions. Other shooting styles will be mentioned and demonstrated. The course will be run by both male and female instructors.
