Where possible please upload a photo of the facility or location of where you believe something is missing. Please ensure that your device is set-up to GeoTag the image. Most smartphones are, by default, set up to do this. Please check that 'Location Services' are turned on before you take the photograph - this can be usually found in the 'Privacy' or 'More...' section of your phone's settings menu. By including a photograph we can check the data held within the photgraph that will tell us exactly where the photo was taken via GIS co-ordinates which we can then match to our records
