ONLINE BOOKING FORM FOR ONE OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SHOWS:
CONDITIONS OF TRADING
Please be on site by 9:30am on the day of the show and leave no earlier than 3:30pm
All operators should leave the venue no later than 6pm
Payment. Payments are required in full for each show you are booked into by the 31st December 2018
4. Failure to pay may result in your pitch being taken by a competing operator.
Cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing and any refund given is at the discretion of the organisers. If the event is cancelled by the organisers a full refund will be made immediately.
Subletting in full or in part is not allowed.
Description of goods. All goods sold must be as described on the application form. Certain Food and drinks cannot be sold without prior written permission. Please contact us on via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Raffles, tombolas, knives, fairground attractions, crossbows, firearms, weapons, BB guns and games of chance are not allowed.
Security. The organisers or site owners are not responsible for the safe keeping of goods or damage to any article or property whilst at the venue.
Insurance. All traders must have current third party insurance for all risks whilst attending the event and imdemnify the organisers against all claims, damages or expenses however caused. The completed booking form shall be deemed as confirmation by the trader that the necessary insurance cover has been obtained.
Fire safety. All exhibitors must be familiar with fire precautions and have a suitable risk assessment in place.
Electricity. All generators must be located within your trading area and are the responsibility of the trader. Fuel should be kept out of site and within your vehicle or trailer.
Personal injury. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any slips, trips or falls however caused. Any accident must be reported to the Site Manager immediately.
Health and safety. All exhibitors must have regard to Health and Safety matters and should have a risk assessment in place.
All traders are not permitted to sell the following items as these are sold in the On Site Cafe:
If you are selling the below items and you are asked to STOP then failure to do so will result in no further bookings being approved and you may be asked to leave the site.
Tea / Coffee / Canned or Bottled Soft Drinks / Chips / Burgers / Bacon or Sausage Baps, Rolls, Sandwiches / Hot Dogs
ALCOHOL - We do not encourage the sale of Alcohol however if you hold a licence then please get in touch via the email at the bottom of this form to discuss the sale of Alcoholic products/beverages.
