Why Joining Toby’s Birthday Club?

When joining Toby’s Birthday Club you will receive an exclusive birthday club offer along with a special birthday card and other goodies just in time before your child’s birthday .

As a member you will be the first to hear about new catalogue releases , special deals and promotions , new toys , in-store activities and competitions.

The birthday club is open for children between the age of 0-12 years residing in the Maltese Islands.

Why do we collect your details?

We collect your name and contact details to verify your address in-case your child’s birthday card is returned to us. we will also use your data to update you on the member privileges mentioned above.

We will use your child’s details (name , age , date of birth & gender) to customise Toby’s Birthday club card whilst the postal address will be used to create a postal label to send your child’s birthday card.

Our Promise

Your details are safe with us , we do not share or sell your details with anyone . We will only use your data for the purpose you told us to.

The application form you completed will be destroyed after your data is entered into our database by a member of our staff.

All the details about you and your children will be deleted once the children reach the age of 12 years

Your rights

You have the right to unsubscribe from our birthday club and have the information we hold on you deleted. You may request a copy of the information held on you, and/or correct your data any time simply by contacting us on customercare@tobystoymaster.com
