Notwithstanding our usual terms and conditions, all bookings and restaurant operations are subject to Scottish Government restrictions and regulations.
Government restrictions are non-negotiable and our team is unable to adjust the maximum group booking size or alter the number of households that are permitted to dine together. As you know, government advice can change with very little notice and is outwith our control.
Our team will refuse service to groups or individuals who do not adhere to the social distancing or other rules in place at the present time as advised by the the Scottish Government, including the rules regarding mandatory face coverings (excluding those who meet exemption criteria, including those with hidden disabilities).
Please do not be offended if you are challenged for not wearing a mask, our teams are obliged to check should you not be wearing a mask whilst entering, leaving or moving around the premises at any point during your visit. You may remove your mask whilst seated at your table and whilst eating & drinking.

The maximum number of guests you can include in one booking is limited to the maximum number displayed on the booking options page for your chosen location. This is subject to change at any time to meet current government rules and legislation.
Deposit payments will be deducted from your bill at the end of your visit only for those who attend. Deposit payments for non-attendees cannot be transferred and will not be deducted from your bill.
Your booking is only confirmed once full deposit payments have been received for every person in your group. The current deposit due is shown on the booking
The restaurant retains the right to cancel or offer an alternative date and time without prior notice and without explanation.
