If you have children attending, please provide their names and ages. During the plenary sessions there will be a creche and kids ministry program - parents are responsible for their children outwith these times. Any child age 12+ will join our teen ministry program and are charged an adult rate.

You are welcome to stay at the hotel earlier or later than our conference dates (price to be quoted on request). Please provide your date of arrival & departure at the hotel as that is when your room charges will begin and end.

Please note: as specified on the main conference page, NO SHUTTLE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED BY CA. Please review the information provided on the conference page for transportation to/from the hotel.
