• We are seeking early ideas from members of our network for a new space opportunity. What would you do with a Zone 1 highstreet space in SE1? The space is approx 800 sq ft, has two large high street windows and also a back yard space of approx 520 sq ft. The building it is within will have a fun bright graphic makeover, making it an exciting place to set up in. The space will be ready for you to put your own stamp on and has all the basic amenities you would expect. The best three ideas will form part of a bid to unlock the space for use. At that stage you will then be invited to formally apply for the space. The space will be available to the winning idea on a 2 year lease at approx £1500 per calendar month and will be one part of a larger Meanwhile use project in SE1.
