• Signing up at TC Hazendans (digitally)

  • You can become a member any time of the year. You will then pay the membership fee that is applicable. From a membership commencing on the 16th or further of a month, you pay the fee connected to the next month. The website (see ‘lidmaatschap’) lists the amounts.

    To become am member you have to:

    • take care of the payment of the contribution fee,
    • send us a recent photo (upload), and
    • (if applicable) a copy of the certificate of registration as a student (you get a discount).

    You are responsible for the payment and the timely delivery of the required document(s). Once your application is complete and the membership fee is transferred to our account (see below and see ‘contact’), a membership pass will be requested from the national tennis association KNLTB.

    From that moment onwards you are able to play on our courts. You only have to register in our canteen. Our member administrator will inform you when and where you can collect your membership pass.

  • Procedure payment membership fee

    Each year you will be informed by email of the membership fee (contribution)that is set by the Board.

    For existing members, the payments of the membership fee for the new year must have been transferred to our account no later than February 28th. Missing this deadline means paying an extra fee of € 10,- administrative costs. Of course you will in time receive an e-mail about the payment.

    For new members, after submitting the application form the membership fee has to be transferred to our account (see above for the procedure).

    Modification of your contact details

    If your contact details change,  we ask you to inform us as soon as possible by sending an e-mail  to our member Administrator (see "Organisatie – Bestuur’  for the contact details).

    Procedure cancelling your membership

    Our memberships go from 1/1 – 31/12 of the year. This means that you have to cancel your membership for the coming year by 31/12 at the latest. After that you are obliged to pay the total amount of the membership fee. The reason behind this is that by then your name is registered again with the tennis association and costs for your membership  have already been made.

    You can cancel your membership by sending an email to our member administrator.

    We appreciate it if you inform us of the reason.
