Photographic & Video Footage Permission

Occasionally we may take pictures or films of the Cubs taking part in pack activities. These may then be used for internal publicity purposes, such for use on this website, or external publications, such as The Wychwood Magazine or local press.

Photographs and films may also be made at District or County events, such as the annual Cub camps. Again these are primarily used for publicity purposes but may also be used as a training aid (both adult and youngsters) or as validation of adult training. All photographs or video images taken at any event need to comply with The Scout Association’s Child Protection Policy.
