Tempo Wellbeing promotes mental and physical health through singing workshops that are crafted and tailored to meet the needs of different groups, including those experiencing mental health difficulties, drug and alcohol use, homelessness, poor housing, learning disability and isolation.
Using singing as a tool, Tempo Wellbeing offers respite from life’s challenges and an opportunity to have fun. For those who want to participate we can also offer access to the Arts Award (Ages 18-25) or the Tempo Award ages (25+) which involves goal setting, skill development and a graduation certificate from a 12 week programme.
Taking part in Tempo Wellbeing workshops increases self-esteem, sense of belonging, self-confidence and hope.
