  • Please 'Gift Aid' your Subscription

By allowing Penrith Players Theatre (the Theatre) to treat your subscription as subject to Gift Aid it can recover, from the Government, 25p for every £1 you donate, thus increasing your subscription's value to the Theatre.

If you meet the requirements set out in the Gift Aid Declaration below and wish to gift aid your subscription and any other donations you make in future please complete the declaration and then tick the box to signify your agreement to Gift Aid.  Your full address is needed to enable HM Revenue and Customs to identify you as a current UK taxpayer when the Theatre submits its annual Gift Aid claim.

  • Gift Aid Declaration

Please treat all subscriptions and gifts of money that I make to Penrith Players Theatre from the date of this application and at any time in the future as Gift Aid Donations.

I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

  • Please notify the Theatre if you:

    • want to cancel this declaration

    • no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
