Loft conversion cost
Fit out
Fitting out includes work like new plumbing and heating, electrics, new plastering, tiling, decoration, fitted storage, etc. Fitting out is in addition to remodelling so you will have to include the total area you will be working on — that is the remodelled areas, plus new extension, plus the loft conversion and any other rooms included as part of the fit out area.
