THE DEADLINE FOR ANNUAL LEAVE REQUESTS UP TO 31ST AUGUST 2022 WAS 1ST MAY. HOLIDAY FORMS FOR THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE AUTHORISED.
Please complete this form for all holiday requests between 1st September 2022 - 31st August 2023.
Holiday is only authorised upon confirmation via email from the senior management team.
Holiday Rules:
- All holiday requests must be submitted at least four weeks before your intended holiday dates. Do not book and pay for any holiday until you have had your request authorised.
- Holiday will be authorised on a “first come, first served” basis
- NO HOLIDAY AUTHORISED DURING DECEMBER. Due to this month being our busiest trading period, we will accept holiday requests for this period under exceptional circumstances only.
- We reserve the right to retain part of your holiday entitlement for compulsory shutdown days if you would normally work on these days. You will be notified of any such shutdown days.
- Unused holiday will not be carried over and no pay in lieu will be offered.
- No holiday will be authorised for the protected dates detailed below:

19th March 2023 Mother's Day
7th - 10th April 2023 Easter
28th April - 1st May 2023 Bank Holiday
1st - 7th May 2023 (Bell only) Badminton Horse Trials
26th - 29th May 2023 Bank Holiday
18th June 2023 Father's Day
25th - 28th August 2023 Bank Holiday
