Welcome to the Integral Multiple Intelligences Assessment. This assessment targets 8 essential areas of adult human development:
PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, FINANCIAL, MENTAL, MORAL, SEXUAL, SOCIAL & SPIRITUAL
Each of these areas of intelligence is comprised of 4 specific real-world skills. These are not just concepts or thought experiments. Instead, each question is designed to be a gauge of your awareness and ability to practically apply a particular skill throughout your life, at work, in solitude and with loved ones.
HONEST & ACCURATE SELF-ASSESSMENT
Part of developing and awakening greater human potential is being able to honestly and accurately self-assess your current capacities (strengths, competencies and masteries as well as struggles and areas of growth). To engage in an honest self-inquiry requires a combination of enough self-acceptance exactly as you are, while simultaneously challenging your edges and continuing to grow. This also includes matching your own self-awareness with allowing yourself to be transparently seen by others and openly receive feedback from those you trust.
Being willing to intimately look at yourself and your life from inside and out is what allows you to align with the evolutionary aspect of life and actively engage in your continued development, rather than avoid or resist growth. In summary, living into your greater human potential requires self-awareness, acceptance, openness to feedback and the courage to continuously challenge yourself in growing into your future possibilities.
IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND A STATEMENT
It tends to be difficult to understand a quality or skill that you do not yet embody. So, if you do not understand one of the possible answers, then it is likely that you have not yet developed that level of the skill. This is common and to be expected in certain areas. The prospective answers are listed in a specific order that build upon each other. As you read through the possible answers for each skill from top to bottom, you will probably come across a statement that you do not understand. When this happens, it is best to select a statement listed higher up in the five choices of that skill that does resonate and is a better representation of your typical daily baseline experience or ability.
SELECT THE ANSWER THAT BEST DESCRIBES YOUR BASELINE
There are no right answers. But by design there is probably a statement that best describes your baseline capacity related to each skill. When answering a question, it is common to relate to 2 or 3 of the statements depending on different situations or people, as well as whether you are having a challenging day or are in a flow state. While you may conceptually understand a statement or have access to it in a peak state, please select the statement that best describes your baseline, the way you most commonly relate to each quality, most of the time.
