Welcome to the Presence Academy Integral Human Development Assessment which targets a specific set of 4 real-world skills in 8 essential areas of Human Development:
BODY, BONDING, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, MORAL, SEXUAL, SOCIAL & SPIRITUAL.
We are not just asking what you know as a thought experiment, but how you relate to each skill and apply it in your life, at work, in solitude and with loved ones.
ABOUT HONEST & ACCURATE SELF-ASSESSMENT
Part of developing and awakening greater human potential is being able to honestly and accurately self-assess our current capacities (strengths, competencies and masteries as well as struggles and areas of growth) and also being able to openly receive feedback from those we trust. If we are not able to transparently and honestly look at ourselves, then we cannot acknowledge our strenghts and be aware of the areas that are still growing. The opposite is called denial and avoidance.
To engage in a honest self-inquiry requires a combination of enough self-acceptance exactly as we are while simultaneously challenging our edges and continuing to grow. Being willing to intimately look at ourselves and our life from inside and out is what allows us to align with the evolutionary aspect of life and actively engage in our continued development, rather than avoid or resist growth. Living into our greater human potential requires acceptance and the courage to continuously grow into our future possibilities.
WHAT IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND AN ANSWER
It tends to be difficult to understand a quality or skill that we do not yet embody and can apply in a real world circumstance. This is common and to be expected in certain areas. The answers are listed in a specific order that build upon each other. As you read from the first possible answer downward, you will probably come across a statement that you do not understand. When this happens it is best to select the answer listed above that you do understand.
SELECT THE ANSWER THAT BEST DESCRIBES YOUR BASELINE
There are no right answers. But by design there is probably an answer that best describes your baseline capacity related to that skill. When answering a question, it is common to relate to 2 or 3 of the statements depending on different situations or people, whether we are having a challenging day or are in our greatest moment. While you may conceptually understand a statement or have access to it in a peak state, please select the statement that best describes your baseline, the way you most commonly relate to each quality, most of the time.
TIME TO TAKE THIS TEST
