Consequently, any Contribution I make towards future DDEX standards is governed by DDEX's Operating Agreement.... not a DDEX Member but has taken out a Implementation Licence for DDEX standards (a link to this licence is provided below). Consequently, any Feedback I make is governed by this Implementation Licence... neither a DDEX Member nor a holder of a DDEX Implementation Licence.

I hereby grant to DDEX a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence under any copyright or trade secret in any and all components of this change request, such licence including reproduction, adaptation, distribution, performance, display, and creation of derivative works of such change request in connection with the DDEX standards (including any successor thereof). For purposes of clarification, this licence grant is only applicable to submitted change requests that are included in any final DDEX standard(s).
