PPSI Membership Application

To apply for membership of the Society, please complete all questions.
This form includes the facility to pay for membership immediately by PAYPAL, but alternatively you are welcome to post your remittance (which must be in US funds) to our treasurer, Anthony Curiale.

To do that you will need to contact Anthony by email at:

president@ppsi.org.uk

He will then let you know the address to which payments should be sent.

In the event that you are paying Anthony Curiale by post, please do not enter any amounts in the form below. If you choose to pay in this way, then your membership will only commence once your payment has been recieved.
